Offering a New Perspective on Elegant Irvine Living
Australian fitness guru Kayla Itsines has put her beautiful home on the market.
Following the announcement of her shock split from her fiancé Tobi Pearce, the 29-year-old is selling her beloved home in South Australia.
The 3,400 square foot property has already been listed on an Aussie real estate site asking potential home owners for ‘best offers’.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home embraces open-plan living and boasts its own tennis court, solar-heated swimming pool, and ‘fully equipped alfresco pavilion.’
The home also has two ‘master wings,’ its own cellar and a self-contained studio.
Fans of the fitness influencer will have already got a peek inside the home through Kayla’s various social media platforms but the official photographs give a proper insight into the plush mansion.
A huge selling-point of the house is the airy, spacious

Our colleague Marc Saltzman from USA TODAY is here to share some insight into how smart robots can help do your housework and make your life easier.
Now that society is cautiously opening up ahead of the fall season, the last thing you want to do is more work around the house. Seriously, would you rather scrub your kitchen floors or sip a cocktail with friends on a rooftop patio to toast the end of the weirdest summer on record? Not to mention, you might be busy getting the kids ready for another school year – at home, in class or a bit of both.
Fortunately, technology can help, so you can focus on what matters. From window- and floor-washing robots to autonomous lawn-cutting machines, this may be the year you
While kicking back in a beach house might sound dreamy, I have to ask: Why is beach house decor so bad? Here are the worst designs I’ve seen.

While kicking back in a beach house might sound dreamy right about now, I have to ask: Why is beach house decor so bad?
As someone who’s rented beach houses on sandy shores from New York’s Fire Island to the Maine coast, I can conclude that beach house owners tend to go overboard with beach-themed decor. We’re talking seashells not only at the seashore, but everywhere in the home, fashioned into soap dishes, wind chimes, “seashell bouquets”—you
Beige room ideas might not seem like the most exciting of schemes but, take it from us, they’re worth a look. Beige is a comforting, inviting colour to use in your home – whether it’s on the wall or in furnishings and accessories – and it’s super easy to add accent colours to, both neutral, natural ones and bright bolds.
Now, beige is having a moment. Dulux announced this week that this year’s Colour of the Year 2021 is Brave Ground – colour they say is grounding and one that will provide a firm foundation for change and creativity in our homes. And yes, of course, its choice is inspired by the pandemic and our need for comfort at home.
We love it… and so we’ve put together a gallery of room ideas so that you can see how easy it is to use
The Mid-Century Modern revival movement of the last decade is slowly evolving into a new look. While we may be seeing less Barcelona chairs in living rooms, the principles of the classic design style are still being implemented, just in a more contemporary way. The blending of old and new in everything from the architectural lines of homes to the materials used throughout has resulted in a new twist to the timeless look of the 1950s and ‘60s. One Seattle architect has created a home that is a “modern” take on modern that is both timeless and innovative. Check out Clyde Hill House — a stylish, light-filled blend of old and new.
The idea for a contemporary home built on mid-century modern principles came from the clients themselves. Wanting a space that offered privacy but plenty of natural light, the clients provided architect Paul Michael Davis with a perfect starting

The only problems you face when repurposing furniture as a bathroom vanity are the size of your bathroom, the item you have to work with, your own imagination, and the depth of your skills. Homeowners have creatively repurposed items for use elsewhere in the home for decades, but more recently they have turned to antique, vintage or even cast-off modern furniture as alternatives to the cookie-cutter bathroom vanities from off the shelf. Repurposed units can often hold one or two bathroom sinks, while hiding the plumbing and providing extra storage. When you score an old piece of furniture for a few bucks at a thrift store, yard sale or the flea market, you can spend more money on that upscale sink or two you wanted instead.

An old distressed dresser with antique glass knobs works well in a bathroom with a new low-profile sink set atop
LEICESTER, UK – Media OutReach – 3 September 2020 – The emblematic Syinix mascot Mr. Fox might soon be changing his green hoodie for a royal blue shirt! That’s right, Syinix has become Leicester City Football Club’s (LCFC) official partner of home appliances. Premier League’s Foxes, the most recent first-time champions, were the heroes of the fairytale season that defied all the odds as they lifted the Premier League trophy in 2016. In 2020 they remain a force to be reckoned with, ending the season by qualifying for the Europa League ahead of other illustrious teams, and the team’s talismanic striker Jamie Vardy finally winning the Premier League’s Golden Boot.
LCFC returned to the Premier League in 2014, one year later Syinix was launched. Since then, the reinvented Foxes team and Syinix have both been on a meteoric rise. Justin. Liu, General Sales Manager of Syinix said: “Syinix is an
