All goods are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. In the event of defects resulting from material (agreed to by the manufacturer) Bathroom Boutique will replace such defective goods prior to them having been laid or fixed to walls (temporary and permanent), but accepts no responsibility for any direct or consequential loss or damage. No claim of any nature whatsoever, will be entertained, once the tiles or sanitary ware have been laid or fixed.
Variations in shade and the calibration are inherent in all kiln fired products. No responsibility will be accepted by the Company for any colour variation in the products we supply.
NO CLAIMS will be entertained for commercial, second or third grade products.
NO CLAIMS will be entertained for tile adhesive failure, if the product was not supplied by Bathroom Boutique
All specifications are made by the manufacturer of the product and not by Bathroom Boutique. The Company does not guarantee these specifications and will not entertain ANY claim regarding the failure to them meeting stated specifications.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Goods supplied remain the property of Bathroom Boutique until they have been paid for in full by the Purchaser.
Any claim for damage in transit or shortage in delivery by road transport must be endorsed on the relevant Delivery note. Claims for damage in transit, shortage in delivery, or non-delivery by other carriers are the responsibility of the PURCHASER. No Liabilities or discrepancies will be considered unless these are notified within 3 days of the receipt of goods.
The Company reserves the right to alter prices, terms of conditions of Sale, without prior notice.
Goods returned for credit must be in the Original Packaging and must be in the SAME condition as when supplied. The return of such goods is entirely at the Company’s discretion, and it is Mandatory that the ORIGINAL invoice be produced. A 10% handling fee will be levied.
