PARADISE VALLEY, AZ — NBA star Devin Booker recently sold his luxurious Paradise Valley home for $3.45 million. While it’s currently off the market, you can still take a look inside and see how the Phoenix Suns player lived.
Booker bought the property in 2017 for $3.25 million. The 5,590 square foot home, built in 2016, sits on one acre of land in the Kachina Estates section of Paradise Valley with four spacious bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Its residence in the Scottsdale Unified School District makes it all the more valuable.
The garage has room for four cars and leaves plenty of room for parking. The clean, modern design on the interior of the home allows the buyer to leave their own mark and lets plenty of light in. Pocket doors lead from the huge master bedroom out to the patio and backyard. The master bedroom has double vanities and a huge walk-in shower and massive closet.
The backyard comes with panoramic mountain views and a resort-style pool for the ultimate relaxation. The covered patio has a fireplace for cooler desert nights and a huge television — perfect for entertaining. Another fireplace can be found in the living room inside. One of the four bedrooms was turned into an office and three others offered plenty of space for visitors with ensuite bathrooms.
A laundry room, massive wine bottle storage room, built-in barbecue and private gated entrance round out the home’s unique amenities. The minimalistic desert landscaping also mean this home is easy to maintain, which was likely ideal for Booker’s travel schedule.
